Navigating the CRM
Overview
The CRM is a tool that you can use to centralize all your data and customize it to fit the needs for you and your team. To learn what you can access on the CRM, watch the video or read about it below.
Contacts
You can find information like contact details, your team's activities with the contact, groups or email lists that are in and more on the contact details page. You can access this by clicking on a contact name. You can also modify the contact listing page to view only specific columns.
Companies
You can find information like company transactions, company contact details, your team's activities with the company, which contacts are part of that company and more on the company details page. You can access this by clicking on a company name. You can also modify the company listing page to view only specific columns.
Deals
You can find information like the deal status, the pipeline associated with a deal, deal assignee information and more on the deals details page. You can access this by clicking on a deal name. You can also modify the deal listing page to view only specific columns.
Activities
Activities are where you will be able to view upcoming or overdue activities that have been added on to your TIEIT account such as calls, meetings and tasks. You will also be able to view and add items on your to do list.
Contact Groups
Contact Groups are where you will be able to group contacts together. Groups can be created and contacts can be added to multiple groups. For example, you can create a leads, customers, and past customers group. You can then add contacts to that group to view which contacts are associated with a particular group. This feature can also help you filter your contacts.
Sources
A source is information you can include for a contact so you know where the contact was added from on TIEIT. For example, you might want to add a source to let you know a contact was added from a networking event you attended or from a TIEIT form that was completed. In this area, you can create sources and connect a source to other TIEIT features like groups.
Pipeline
The pipeline feature can help you create a pipeline so you will be able to see the stages a contact goes through. You can add activities like emails, tasks, call activities and more so you never lose contact with a prospect. It can be an essential tool for you and your team if you often have to manage multiple prospects.
Pipeline Report
This tool can help you and your team see the overall status of pipelines that were created on TIEIT. You can find information like total deals, total deal values, average deal size, details for each deal and much more.
Labels
Labels can help you categorize companies and deals. For example, you may have companies that you work with in different industries such as healthcare, education and retail. You can create these industry labels and add the labels to particular companies.

How to Access the CRM
You can access the CRM by hovering over the CRM module icon in the left side bar and selecting one of the options.
When you are on a CRM listing page, you can also access other areas of the CRM on the top menu bar. If you click the icon with the 3 circles, you can access other features available on the CRM such as groups and labels.
How to Search for Contacts, Companies and Deals
You can search contacts using the top menu bar. A search bar will appear if you hover over the Contacts, Companies or Deals buttons. You can also search contacts by name on the search bar below.
