How to Customize the Settings for Your CRM
On TIEIT, you will be able to make modifications on how many listings appear on certain listing pages, the order of information that appears for certain timelines, default deal names and much more.
To edit these details, please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your TIEIT account and click your user icon located on the top right section of the page. Click the Settings button.
2. Click the Account Preferences button under the Personal Settings section. Click the CRM tab. Here, you will see all the areas you will be able to modify for your CRM settings.
3. To modify, click on the pencil icon to the right of the CRM setting you would like to modify. You can then make your modification and click the Save button. You are able to modify settings for contacts, company, deals and activities.

For activity settings, you have the option to make modifications to block time in your TIEIT scheduling calendar. This default option appears when an activity is created.
