How the CRM is Structured

You can easily view all the contacts, deals, companies, activities within your CRM. The CRM module is broken down into four main areas. You can access these areas by hovering over the CRM icon on the left side bar. When you are on a CRM page, you can also navigate between the different areas on the navigation bar on the top.

Contacts

Contacts are where you will be able to find information about a contact that has been entered on TIEIT. This can include email communication, meeting information, contact details, groups or email lists they are in, deals associated with the contact and much more.

Companies

Companies are where you will be able to find information about a company such as individuals associated with that company and their details, deals associated with that company, activities made with the company, transactions and much more.

Deals

Deals are where you will be able to find all the deals that have been created. Within a deal, you can find details of a contact and company associated with a deal, a timeline of deal activities, view a pipeline, transactions and more.

Activities

Activities are where you will be able to view upcoming or overdue activities that have been added on to your TIEIT account such as call, meetings and tasks. You will also be able to view and add items on your to do list.
