Adding a Product or Service in TIEIT

Ready to add your first product? Here’s how:

1. Go to the Transactions Module: Start by navigating to the Transactions module from your TIEIT dashboard.

2. Select Products: Click on the three dots in the top menu, then choose Products from the dropdown.

   

   Add Product: Once on the product listing page, look to the top right corner and click the green + Product/Service button. This will open a popup where you can enter all the essentials!

   

   • Enter Product/Service Details: Fill in the name, description, and any images that best represent your product.
   • Adjust Specifics: Want to track quantity or make this item taxable? Toggle these options to your preference!
   • Recurring Option: For services or products that are billed on a subscription basis, enable Recurring.

3. Save: Hit the Save button once you're all set. That’s it—you’ve added your product!

Editing a Product

If you need to make a quick change to a product, follow these steps:

1. Access the Product Listing: Head to the product listing page from the Transactions module.

2. Edit the Product: For the product you want to edit, click on the three dots on the right side, select Edit, and the popup will appear again.

   

3. Update Information: Make your changes—whether it's a price adjustment or a fresh description.
4. Save: When you're done, click Save to update the product details.
