Spam engines are getting stricter in how they analyze emails for spam. If the sending domain does not match the reply-to and from domain, then they may identify the email as spam.
What's the Solution?
Our support team can configure a new domain for your company. We don't like to use primary domains for campaign emails to minimize the main domain getting blacklisted for any reason.
We'll send you DNS records to add to your DNS management portal. On your end, your technical support will need to add the DNS records. We can also assist in adding the DNS records if you give us the login credentials to your DNS management portal.
