Reply-to Email Address
You can define the email address users who receive emails you send from the CRM module should respond to. This is referred to as the reply-to email address. The reply-to email address does not have to match the email address that is displayed as the FROM email address.
- Click on Mailbox Settings (if you are not already on this page)
- Click on the Reply-To Email tab
- Toggle the switch to the ON position
- Select the email address that should receive the emails from the dropdown
- Click SAVE
