How does the two-way email sync work in TIEIT?
TIEIT offers a two-way email integration with your existing mailbox. This avoids you having to BCC any email addresses, as it automatically syncs sent emails and all incoming emails related to Contacts within TIEIT.
Emails sent from anywhere in the TIEIT CRM will use your existing email box to send the emails and any replies you receive will automatically get logged under the respective Contact's timeline. TIEIT will also log any emails that appear in your Sent folder, even if it was sent from outside of TIEIT or your mobile device. By connecting your email account with TIEIT, you can send emails within TIEIT and emails will also appear in the Sent folder in your email account or you can continue using your current email client and emails will automatically get logged in TIEIT.
Now, when sending emails through your current email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail), there's no need to BCC your TIEIT email address. The email thread will automatically appear in the timeline for any Contact that you have in TIEIT. The chances of being marked as sending a spam email in the receiver's mailbox are greatly reduced since the FROM address and the sending email address will match, which is why we strongly suggest to connect your two-way email sync.
