Every user account in TIEIT gets a unique TIEIT email address. This email address can be used to forward incoming emails to TIEIT which will get routed under the respective contact. You can CC / BCC emails you send outside of TIEIT so the email gets associated with the respective contact (if the contact is created in TIEIT).
You can also provide this email to lead portals so that contacts can be automatically created and the details mapped to the contact.
Mailbox Settings
- From Settings, click on Mailbox Settings
- Your TIEIT email address will be listed on the right
Tip: If you have two-way email sync turned on, then you do not have to CC / BCC your TIEIT email address when sending emails from outside TIEIT.
