This article will show you how to turn your Form, CRM and User notifications ON in your TIEIT account.
- Navigate to your SETTINGS
- Click on NOTIFICATIONS on the left side menu.
- On the right side of the screen, you will see the Notification settings
FORM NOTIFICATIONS
NOTE: This notification requires the user to turn on the Notify Me option on for forms.
- By default, the Form NOTIFICATIONS is OFF
- If you click the pencil icon you will be given a drop-down with the options you can select from
- Select the option you wish to use and press SAVE
- The Notification settings will now display the options that you have selected

CRM NOTIFICATIONS
NOTE: By default, once the Notification has been turned on, this will impact all emails sent out from TIEIT.
- By default, the CRM NOTIFICATIONS is OFF
- If you click the pencil icon you will be given 3 options that you can select from:
- You can check off any or all of the following:
- Notify me right away when a contact opens an email
- Notify me right away when a contact clicks on a link in an email.
- Notify me right away for the first time when a contact opens an email/clicks a link in an email
. - Checking off any of these options will turn on the CRM Notifications. Remember to click on SAVE.
- The Notification settings will now display the options that you have selected:
USER NOTIFICATIONS
NOTE: This notification is used with the Scheduling App in TIEIT.
- By default, the USER NOTIFICATIONS is OFF
- If you click the pencil icon you will be given a drop-down with the options you can select from:
- Select the option you wish to use and press SAVE
- The Notification settings will now display the options that you have selected:
