There are a few ways to send an email to a Contact that you have within your TIEIT CRM.
Sending an email within the Contact details page
When you have selected the Contact to whom you would like to send an email to, you can click on the different email icon options within the Contact Details page. See below for the different ways:
If you choose option 3, an Activity box will appear. Within the pop-up, click on the Compose Email tab which will open up the Compose Email box.
Sending an email from the Inbox
You also have the ability to send an email from within the Inbox section.
1. Hover over the envelope icon in the top menu bar, click down to Inbox.
2. In the area above the emails, you will see a green + COMPOSE button which will open the Compose Email pop-up.
Sending an email from the Saved Responses listing page
You also have the ability to send an email from within the Saved Responses section.
1. Hover over the envelope icon in the top menu bar, click down to Saved Responses.
2. In the area above the saved responses, you will see a green + COMPOSE button next to the + SAVED RESPONSES button.
