- Go to the TIEIT Settings by clicking the profile image at the top-right and select the Settings button in the dropdown.
- Select Company Settings.
- Click RBAC.
- Go to the Users tab.
- In the Telephony Column, select which accounts will have RingCentral enabled.
Once the account has been enabled, the user will need to sign into their RingCentral account.
How to Sign In to RingCentral in TIEIT
Once RingCentral is added to your TIEIT account, a phone icon will appear at the top-right menu. The phone icon is where you log into and activate RingCentral.
The phone icon also indicates if the status of the account:
Status: Signed in
Status: Logged out
To access the RingCentral within TIEIT, click on the phone icon and the module drawer will appear on the left side of the screen.
