1.0 Overview of the Grid
The TieiT Grid is a powerful data analysis tool that gives you the flexibility to structure and visually see data the way that makes sense to you.
The grid is at the heart of TieiT’s data movement since it centralizes features of listing, data manipulation, and visualization all from one place.
The quick video in this section will go over all of the highlights and the in this article, the important features available with the grid will be covered. We will go over the features shared by all the grids in TieiT's CRM.
Differentiating between the grid and a regular table
The TIEIT grid has a few visual identifiers to distinguish it from standard tables (screenshot below).

Common grid reporting functions
|Aggregate data by grouping||The TIEIT grid allows you to easily group data by dragging a column to the teal area.
The flexibility of the TIEIT grid allows for the column not to be visible after the data is grouped. This helps to keep the reports more efficient by allowing you to see only the data you need at the same time, keeping the aggregation active.
Filter data to find the information you are looking for. Start by clicking on the menu icon of the column you want to filter data on ( ) and scroll down to Filter option. Now you can select the filter logic (more details to follow). The grid allows for two filters to be applied per column.
Note: Some Filter logic may not be available for all columns.
|Number of Records per page||
Select the number of records you want to see by scrolling to the bottom of the grid and selecting from the dropdown.
Note: The more records that are selected, the slower the loading time.
|Export and Print data||
|Show, hide and reorder columns||
3.0 Saving Views / Reports
By using the features described in the previous section ( 2.0 Grid Features), you are able to quickly and easily create powerful reports which are often referred to as Views. Views can help you visualize data on the listing pages with grids in the way that is useful to you and by doing so, quickly and easily derive insights.
Views can be private or made public to share with your team.
All listing pages in TIEIT come with a Standard View that is system generated. If you want to clear all applied filters, the easiest thing to do is to select the Standard View.
All saved views can be found within a dropdown on the top right corner of the grid.
Click on the grid more dropdown to select from a saved view or to select the Standard View.
3.1 Saving a View
