In the new Timeline view in a Contacts details page, you are now given new filtering options. The filtering options are all available at the top as shown in the screenshot below:
1. First, you are given multiple views to view the Timeline Activities:
By default, the view shown is Next Actions. You also have the ability to select from the following available views:
- All
- Next Actions (Default)
- Overdue
- Closed
- Unscheduled
2. The filter option gives additional filtering options:
By default, the Date Filter is selected but you can add additional filtering options, by clicking on the ADD FILTER button.
3. Another filtering option you now have available is filtering by Activity Type by clicking on the respective icon:
You have the ability to select:
- Call
- Meeting
-
Task
-
Voice Mail
-
Mail
Note: Re-clicking on an icon will deactivate it.
4. You can additionally filter by different sorting options
The Newest sort option is the default but you have additional sort options such as:
- Newest (Default)
- Oldest
- Recently Updated
- Least Recently Updated
