Navigating the Contact Page
Each contact in TieiT has a Contact Detail page that lets you see the information related to a contact.
This includes:
- Timeline
- Details (Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Address, Groups, Subscriber Lists, etc.)
- Deals
- Attachments
- Transactions
To access the contact details for a contact, there are a few ways,
- You can click on the contact name from the Contact Listing Page
- From the Top menu from any of the CRM pages (Contacts, Deals, Companies, and Activities)
- Clicking the Contact name from Deals, Company, Emails
Details Tab
1. On the Contact Details page,

2. Click on the Details tab, which will show the details for that contact,

Add Multiple Companies, Phone Numbers, Emails and/or Websites for a Contact
This section will show you how to add multiple companies, phone numbers, email addresses and websites for a Contact.
1. In the first box, click on the Edit button
Which will open the Editable fields for the contact,
In that view, you have the option to add multiple phone numbers, emails, companies and websites for a Contact.
To add an additional Email, Phone Number or Website, you will need to click on one of the following options shown in the screenshot:

1. Add Company
In the following screenshot, you will see that there is a primary Company, and when we click on Add Company it opens a new Company field,
You have the ability to input,
- The additional companies Name
- The contacts title at this company
- If the contact is a Direct or Indirect contact at the company
- You can set this company as the primary company by selecting the radio button.
- You also have the option to add another Company. NOTE: If the 2nd company is a new company, you will be asked to save the company
2. Add Email Address
In the following screenshot, you will see that there is a primary Email and when we click on Add Email it opened a new Email Address field.
Note: Based on if you have a 2nd Phone Number the placement of where the field might change.
You have the ability to input,
- The new Email Address
- Apply a label for it (Work, Home, Personal or Other)
- You also have the ability to add another Email.
3. Add Phone Number
In the following screenshot, you will see that there is a primary number and when we click on Add Phone Number it opened a new Phone Number field,

NOTE: By default, the Phone Numbers flag will be that of the user
You have the ability to input,
- The new Phone Number
- Apply a label for it (Work, Home, Mobile or Other)
- You also have the ability to add another Phone Number.
4. Add Website URL
In the following screenshot you will see that there is a primary Website and when we click on Add Website URL it opened a new Website field,

NOTE: By default the http://www. will be prefixed before the website URL when you starting typing
You have the ability to input,
- The new Website URL
- Apply a label for it (Work, Blog, Home, Personal or Other)
- You also have the ability to add another Website URL.
When you add the additional Companies, Emails, Phone Numbers or Web sites, click the SAVE button in the bottom left corner, which will show the details in the Details tab.
Transactions Tab
The transactions tab in contact details summarises all the transaction-related information specific to the contact. From the transactions tab, you can navigate through the below sections:
Invoices
From this section, you can view the list of the previously created invoices and their status. You can also create invoices directly from this section.
Upcoming Invoices
Estimates
From this section, you can view the estimates that were previously created for the client and also create a new estimate.
Subscriptions
This section displays are all the subscription products the contact is currently associated with and has subscribed to. You will also be able to edit the existing subscription, active/deactive the subscription and view the subscription details.
Products being Considered
This section displays the list of all products that are being considered by the contact
