If you have enabled a manual sync from TIEIT to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you will need to manually add or update invoices from TIEIT so the correct information syncs to your QBO account.
Through this method, you will be able to update and add any invoices or updated contact information from TIEIT to QBO.
To manually sync an invoice, please follow the steps below.
1) From the contact details page, select the Transactions tab and select the invoice you would like to sync to QBO.
2) Click the green QBO button on the top right corner to sync the invoice and contact details to QBO.
3) Once you have synced the invoice from TIEIT, you will need to refresh and reload your QBO account to see the updated information.
