If you have enabled a manual sync from TIEIT to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you will need to manually update contact information through an invoice or estimate from TIEIT so the correct contact details sync to your QBO account.
To manually update contact information through an invoice or estimate, please follow the steps below.
1) After you have updated the contact information from the contact details page, select the Transactions tab and select an invoice or estimate for the client. When you update contact details like an address on TIEIT, this information automatically updates for any invoices and estimates that were created on TIEIT.
2) Click the green QBO button on the top right corner to sync the updated TIEIT contact details to QBO.
3) Once you have synced the invoice or estimate from TIEIT, you will need to refresh and reload your QBO account to see the updated contact information.
