How can I reschedule or cancel a scheduling calendar appointment?

In TIEIT’s Scheduling Calendar, you can create different calendars and share them with others so they can select a time slot to book an appointment with you. Sometimes, contacts may need to reschedule or you may need to cancel a meeting if conflicts occur. To learn how you can edit these appointments, please read the instructions below.

Rescheduling a Scheduling Calendar Appointment

1. In the CRM, click the name of the contact you would like to reschedule the appointment for.

2. Click the icon with the 3 circles on the top right of the Scheduling Calendar appointment. 

3. A menu will appear. Click the view button.

4. Click the reschedule button. An email will then be sent to the contact with a link to your Scheduling Calendar. Once they have rescheduled the appointment, it will be reflected on the contact’s timeline.

Cancelling a Scheduling Calendar Appointment

1. In the CRM, click the name of the contact you would like to cancel the appointment for.

2. Click the icon with the 3 circles on the top right of the Scheduling Calendar appointment. 

3. A menu will appear. Click the view button.

4. Click the cancel booking button. An email will then be sent to the contact notifying them of the cancelled appointment.
