Why are deal activites not loading on a contact's timeline?

When a deal is created, the first activity from the pipeline is typically not shown on a contact’s detail page. To help display this, please follow the steps below.

1. From the contact’s detail page, click the Deal Tab. Select the deal name where you would like the activities to appear on the contact's timeline.

2. Return to view the contacts’ timeline. The deal activities should now appear. If you are still having issues with activities appearing, please reach out to our Support Team.
