How do I add a video to a campaign email?

Currently, some email providers do not support the option to embed videos. One way you can add a video to a TIEIT email template is by adding an image of the video and linking it. To learn how, please read below.

1. Take a screenshot of your video and crop the image of the video if needed.

PC

On a PC, you can do this by clicking the Print Screen button. You can then paste the image onto Paint or another photo editor to crop the image to show the video only. 

Mac

If you are using a Mac, you can capture a portion of the screen by pressing and holding Shift, Command, and 4 and then dragging the crosshair to select the area of the screen to capture. To learn more, please click this link with the instructions from the Apple Support page.

2. In your campaign email, add a block with a large photo section. In the example below, we have added the 540 x 300 photo block. Click the continue button to edit your email.

3. Click the photo block and click replace. Add your photo.

4. Click the photo block again. Click the insert link option. Add the link to the video. Click the save and continue button when done.
