How to Change or Add Currencies to a Product

If there are products on TIEIT that you will need to bill in different currencies, you can make edits to provide this option when creating products. This option allows you to share the hosted payment page specific to the product so customers can be billed in a specific currency. To do this, please see the instructions below.

1. Click the + New Product button if you are creating a new product or click the icon with 3 circles to the right of a product you wish to edit.

2.When entering or editing details or a product, toggle on the Enable for Hosted Payment Page section. Select the currencies you would like to include. Click the save and close button when done.

3. To view the Hosted Payment page, click the icon with the 3 circles to the right of a product. Select Copy Hosted Page URL.

When the hosted page URL page is used, the customer can select the currency on the drop-down on the top right of the page. This will process the payment in the selected currency.
