How to Change the Default Details on an Invoice or Estimate

Steps to Change Default Details on an Invoice or Estimate

  1. Log In to Your TIEIT Account

    • First, log in to your TIEIT account. Once you're in, click on your user icon located in the top right corner of the page, and then select the Settings button.

  2. Access Transaction Settings

    • In the Company Settings section on the left of the page, click the Transaction Settings tab. Then, navigate to the Invoice and Estimates tab. Here, you’ll see pencil icons on the right side of the invoice or estimate sections. Click the pencil icon next to the section you’d like to modify.

  3. Edit Details

Adjust the details such as number format, default payment terms, subject line, message, and any terms and conditions. Once you’re happy with the changes, click Save to set them as your new default.
