How to Change Your Notification Settings for Forms, Scheduling & CRM

You can change the email notifications you receive through TIEIT. You can receive notifications for the following:

  • Forms - You can receive notifications for when individuals complete a form you have created
  • CRM - You can receive notifications for when contacts open emails, clicks a link in an email or when contacts click or open a link in an email for the first time.
  • User and Scheduling Activities - You can receive email notifications when contacts book appointments with you on the scheduling calendar, w

1. To modify your notifications, log in to your TIEIT account and click your user icon located on the top right section of the page. Click the Settings button.

2. Under the Personal Settings section, click the Notification Settings button. Click on the pencil button to modify email notifications. You can modify notification for forms, scheduling and CRM.

4. Modify your notifications.

Form Notifications

Select an option from the drop down menu and then click the Save button.

CRM Notification

Check the boxes you would like to receive notifications for. Click the Save button.

User and Scheduling Notifications

Select an option from the drop down menu and then click the Save button.
