Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Notification Settings

  1. Log In to Your TIEIT Account

Start by logging into your TIEIT account. Once you’re in, click on your user icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Under Personal Settings on the left, click on Notification Settings. From here, you’ll see options to modify notifications for forms, scheduling, and CRM. Click the pencil icon next to each section to start customizing.

From the dropdown menu, select when you’d like to be notified about form submissions. Click Save when you’re done.

  1. If you’d like to customize the subject and message body, click the pencil icon on the right side of the selected template. You can then edit the text to better suit your communication style or align with your brand’s voice.

When finished, make sure to save your changes to ensure the customized template is applied.
