Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Notification Settings
Log In to Your TIEIT Account
Start by logging into your TIEIT account. Once you’re in, click on your user icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Go to Notification Settings
Under Personal Settings on the left, click on Notification Settings. From here, you’ll see options to modify notifications for forms, scheduling, and CRM. Click the pencil icon next to each section to start customizing.

How to Set Up Form Notifications for Timely Alerts
From the dropdown menu, select when you’d like to be notified about form submissions. Click Save when you’re done.
How to Customize CRM Notifications for Important Updates
Check the boxes for the notifications you want, such as when a contact opens an email, clicks a link, or takes action for the first time. Don’t forget to hit Save to lock in your choices!
How to Manage User and Scheduling Notifications
Choose your preferences for scheduling notifications when contacts book appointments with you. Select from the dropdown menu and click Save.

- Under Personal Settings on the left, click on Notification Settings. From here, you’ll see options to modify General Notification Templates.
- Under the General Notification Templates section, select the Module dropdown.
- From the Template For dropdown, choose the template you want to edit.
- If you’d like to customize the subject and message body, click the pencil icon on the right side of the selected template. You can then edit the text to better suit your communication style or align with your brand’s voice.
When finished, make sure to save your changes to ensure the customized template is applied.
