Multiple Enrollment in Automation

Overview

By default, automation in TIEIT is designed to prevent duplicate actions for the same contact. However, there are scenarios where you may want the same contact to enroll the automation multiple times—such as creating a new deal each time they submit a form.

To support this, you can enable the option to enroll the same contact multiple times within an automation. This allows actions—like creating a new deal—to run every time the form is submitted, even by the same contact.

When to use this setting

Enable this option if:

  • You want a new deal to be created for every form submission by the same contact.
  • You’re collecting repeat interest, orders, or inquiries from the same person.
  • Your process supports or requires multiple parallel or sequential deals per contact.

How to enable multiple enrollment

Follow these steps to configure your automation:

  1. Go to the Automations module
    1. From the main menu, open Automations.
  2. Create a new automation
    1. Click Create New Automation button and give it a name.
  3. Set the trigger
    1. Choose trigger type Forms.
    2. Select the specific form you want to use.
    3. At the bottom, enable the checkbox labeled Enroll same contact multiple times.
    4. Save the trigger.

  1. Set the action
    1. After saving the trigger, define the automation’s action.
    2. Choose Create Deal (or any other relevant action you need).
    3. Save the action.

  1. Finalise and activate
    1. Once everything is set up, activate the automation to start using it.

What happens next

Each time the selected form is submitted, TIEIT will:

  • Enrol the contact
  • Create a new deal
  • Repeat this process for every new submission

This gives you flexibility in managing multiple engagements or transactions with the same individual.
