Important Things to Know Before Deleting Contacts

Please review the following before deleting contacts:

Associated Deals

  • If a contact has deals associated with it, those deals will also be deleted when the contact is removed.

Contacts Linked to a Company

  • If a contact is the billing contact of a company, you cannot delete the contact at this time. We’re actively working on improving this experience. Until then, please contact the TIEIT Support Team for assistance with removing contacts linked to a company.

Deletion Is Permanent

  • Deleted contacts cannot be restored. Make sure you no longer need the contact before proceeding.
