Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile

Step 2: Company Settings

In the Settings menu, click on Company Settings to dive into options like General Info, Users & Permissions, and more. Since we’re focusing on permissions today, go ahead and click on Users & Permissions.

Step 3: Edit User Permissions

In the Settings menu, click on Company Settings to dive into options like General Info, Users & Find the user whose permissions you want to update from the list and click the three dots next to their name. Choose Company Settings from the popup menu to proceed.

Step 4: Adjust Access Privileges

Here you’ll see a list of all the sections a user can access. Toggle the permissions on or off according to what’s needed. Want to make sure someone can handle CRM but not mess with Transaction Settings? No worries! Just switch on the toggles next to the areas they need access to and turn off the rest.
