How to Enable Ring Central for Users

Please follow the steps below to turn on Ring Central for other users. Please note that only owners of the TIEIT account will have access to this.


  1. Log in to TIEIT. Click your user icon. Click the settings button.

  1. On the left panel, expand the Company Settings tab. Click Manage Users or RBAC.


  1. On the right, you will see the users. Click the icon with the 3 circles to the right of the user you would like to give access to for Ring Central. Click enable telephone.


  1. Once enabled for the user, they will be able to see the phone icon on the top menu bar. When clicked, they can log into Ring Central.
