How to Connect Your Microsoft Exchange Account to TIEIT

1. Log in to your TIEIT account and click your user icon located on the top right section of the page. Click the Settings button.

2. Click Mailbox and Calendar Settings. This is located on the left under the Personal Settings section. Select the Exchange tab. Select on-premise Exchange or Exchange Online with 365. Click the connect Now button or sign in with Microsoft button.

3. Once connected, you can customize what gets synced into your TIEIT account. To learn more, please click the knowledge base article below.

If you are unable to connect your Microsoft Exchange account, please reach out to our Support Team by emailing them at help@tieit.ai as there may need to be additional settings and permissions set up from your organization’s end to allow TIEIT to connect.
