How to Deactivate and Reactivate a Pipeline

On TIEIT, you can deactivate pipelines that your organization no longer uses. When it is deactivated, the pipeline is still viewable on the Pipelines Listing page, but it will no longer be viewable to be selected when creating a deal or automation.

How to Deactivate a Pipeline

1. Click the CRM icon on the left side panel to enter a CRM listing page. When you are on a CRM listing page, click the icon with the 3 circles on the top blue menu bar. Select Pipelines

2. Click the icon with the 3 circles to the right of the pipeline you want to deactivate.

3. Click the deactivate option.

How to Reactivate a Pipeline

1. Click the CRM icon on the left side panel to enter a CRM listing page. When you are on a CRM listing page, click the icon with the 3 circles on the top blue menu bar. Select Pipelines

2. Click the Inactive Pipelines tab.

3. Click the icon with the 3 circles to the right of the pipeline you would like to reactivate.

4. Click the activate option.
