How to Create Email Lists (Subscriber Lists)
You can create subscriber lists on TIEIT to send email campaigns to particular contacts. For example, you can create a leads list, current customer lists and more. You can use these lists to send targeted email campaigns to that particular group.
To further customize your lists, you can create segments within these lists. For example, in your leads list, you may have individuals that work in different industries. This can be helpful if you need to send a lead email campaign related to that industry instead of the entire subscriber list by creating a segment.

Creating And Adding Contacts On The Subscriber List Page
1. Click the Campaigns module on the left panel. Click the Lists tab on the top menu. Click the green + List button on the top right.
2. Add the name and a description of your list. Click the save button when done.
3. Manually add contacts or import a list. If you are importing a list, click here for a sample CSV file that you can use. This sample file is also available on the Import List page.
Adding Groups to an Email (Subscriber) List From the Groups Listing Page
There are two ways you can add groups to an email list from the groups listing page.
Option 1
1. Click the icon with the 3 circles to the right of the group you would like to add to an email (subscriber) list.
2. Click the + Subscriber List button.
Option 2
1. Check off the groups you would like to add to an email (subscriber) list.
2. Click the list icon above to add the selected groups to a subscriber list.
Create An Email List By Bulk Adding Contacts From The Contact Listing Page
1. On the Contact listing page, you can add contacts by bulk to an existing email subscriber list or you can create a new one for the selected contacts.
2. To add the contacts, click the checkmark that appears to select all the contacts on the page or select only a few contacts. Click the Select Action dropdown.
Select a list of click the green + button. Click save to add the selected contacts to the email list.
Adding A List From A Contact’s Details Page
1. Click the CRM icon on the left to enter the Contacts Listing page. Click the name of the contact you want to add to an email list.
2. Click the Groups and Lists tab. Select the dropdown for Email Lists. Select the email list or search for the name of the existing email list. Click the green + button to add the contact to the email list.
Creating A List From An Email Campaign
When you are creating a new email campaign and are on the Recipient Details page, you can add contacts manually, from groups or existing lists. Once they have been added, you can save as a new subscriber list or update an existing list by clicking the green save new list button on the top right. To update an existing list, click the arrow icon next to this button.
